Skeleton Art

People have this certain fascination for objects that symbolize death . One of the most common representations of death is the human skeleton because nothing seems more human yet dead than the bones left once a person is buried underground. The skull is the most common bone in the human body brought to life once again by art. Like death, there is this fascination for that shell that houses the control center of the body. We do know what a human skull or skeleton looks like because they all look oddly the same, but not in art. Each skeleton art tells a different story. The beauty of skeleton art comes from how it is manipulated in an artwork to make them look alive. Most of these are in black and white , adding a little class and mystery to a space.

Its color scheme is what makes it easy to fit in any room. If skulls are not enough, crossbones are also added for extra flavor. After all, they still are part of the human skeleton. Skeleton art though is not limited to human skeletons. Animal skeletons are also included in this collection, especially those of dinosaurs which we’ve never really seen in real life. Whether skeletons symbolize death or having another chance in life, they always send a message. Skeleton art sees not the race, character, wealth or any earthly pleasures of human beings, for all these may be taken away. It tells us that regardless of all these, we have the same beginning and the same end.
