USA Maps Artwork

Several USA maps have been reinvented by modern artists into pop art images. These works use various methods of depictions, from random patterns to license plates and often include some form of typography. Additionally retro geographic images, such as 'Retro Roadtrip I' by James Nocito or 'Fifty State Flag' by Aaron Foster are common in this form of pop art designs.

Many historic educational posters are of the USA, particularly in classes for younger children. These map art images help to teach young students about the where the different states are located, what their names are, the capitals, and other pertinent information. These geographic pictures are rarely detailed however, and focus on informative images rather than decorative themes.
