Rabbit Art

The rabbit has been the subject of many works of art over the centuries. Early artists have represented the rabbit as symbols for fertility, vitality, rebirth and resurrection. There are many techniques used by artists to render a multicolored, multitextured subject such as the rabbit. Rabbit art is not limited to drawing and painting, but extends to film making in the form of cartoons and animation. One of the most famous rabbit characters is the cheeky Bugs Bunny, bringing delight to young viewers all over the world.

The long eared, furry bunnies are drawn or painted in their natural habitats, eating their lettuce or carrots, hopping whimsically along in fields or among Easter eggs.
Rabbit art is a fresh whimsically subject loved by children and may be strategically placed in their rooms and bathrooms to add color and interest to the space. Animal art may also be used to decorate pediatrician's or veterinarian's offices.
