Feminine Elegance Wall Art

Nothing can bring a room together like a touch of feminine elegance. Many interior designers use a simple system to enhance the appearance of a room, which involves the balance of masculine and feminine energies. This balance also involves a Chinese teaching called Feng Shui. Feng Shui is a practice of rearranging the household to enhance certain energies and to achieve a peaceful balance. When interior designers attempt to use Feng Shui they use the Yin and Yang symbol as a baseline for the house.

The Yin and Yang symbol has two forces; Yin is the feminine force and Yang is the masculine force. Certain rooms, like a “man-cave” is often surrounded in masculine energies, which contributes to a intense physical energy level while doing activities in the room. While certain rooms are better with more masculine energy, most designers try to balance the entire house by adding touches of femininity. Interior designers achieve this by using certain flowers, certain colours, shapes or feminine elegance wall art.

Most designers try to place Yin energies, which is more passive, in places of relaxation; such rooms include the spa/bathroom or bedroom. A good designer will use both Yin and Yang energies in a room (more of one than another) to bring a harmonious balance to the house. Most people today live in a constant state driven by Yang energy, with TVs and radios now having a central point in most bedrooms (a place of Yin energy). Fixing the energy in your home is very easy and can be done without hiring an expensive interior designer. Feminine elegance art can be used anywhere in a house to increase the Yin presence. Colours like black, and soft hues are important when trying to increase the feminine energy of a room.

If you are new to decorating your home, it is important to remember that every object ties into either Yin or Yang energies and that there needs to be both within a room. Finding Yin enhancing objects can often be quite difficult because we are surrounded by an overwhelming amount of Yang energy in our daily lives. Typically finding feminine elegance prints is an easy way to incorporate a much needed dose of feminine energy.
